Why Airsoft Teams Choose Custom Patch Smith
In airsoft, a custom patch is more than a piece of gear — it represents your team’s identity, style, and presence on the field. A well-designed patch can help your squad stand out, create a unified look, and showcase your team name, callsign, logo, or morale design. Whether displayed on a plate carrier, tactical gear, uniform, bag, or other equipment, custom patches give your team a distinctive look that members can proudly share.
At Custom Patch Smith, we create custom patches designed for airsoft teams, MilSim groups, event participants, and gaming communities. PVC patches are a popular choice for bold logos, raised details, and designs that suit tactical gear, while embroidered patches with Velcro backing provide a classic look and make it easy to switch patches between different setups. We also offer woven and printed patches for designs that require fine details or full-color artwork.
Whether you need a small batch for your squad or a larger order for a MilSim event, we provide the same attention to detail and consistent craftsmanship. Every design can be reviewed with a free digital mockup before production, so you can make sure your patch looks the way you want before moving forward.

My Custom Patch Smith Experience
I have nothing but great things to say about this company, they make the greatest patch work I've seen. They are trust worthy and I have not once messaged them that they haven't messaged me back that same day or early the next. This is how every company should treat its customers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most frequent questions answers
A: PVC patches are the top choice for airsoft — they're waterproof, mud-proof, fade-proof, and wipe clean instantly. Embroidered patches with velcro backing are also popular for a classic look. Both hold up through heavy outdoor play.
A: Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up within 24 hours of receiving your design, sketch, or team logo. Once approved, we produce a physical sample and share photos before starting bulk production.
A: Yes. Velcro (hook-side) is our most popular backing for airsoft patches — it attaches to the loop fields on plate carriers, chest rigs, helmets, and battle belts. Patches swap easily between loadouts and gear setups.
A: Absolutely. We produce patches in any custom die-cut shape — your team logo outline, a shield, a skull, a crosshair, or any silhouette your design requires. No shape restrictions.
A: Yes. We produce faction patches, unit designation patches, event commemorative patches, and force-on-force identifiers for MilSim operations and scenario games of any scale.
A: PVC — about 80% of our airsoft patch orders are PVC, chosen for its durability and weather resistance compared to embroidered materials.
A: 2.5" to 3.5" is the standard size for airsoft/morale patches — small enough to fit cleanly on a plate carrier or chest rig without crowding other gear.
A: No, there is no minimum order quantity required. You can order as few or as many patches as you need. Volume discounts apply at 50, 100, 200, and 500+ pieces. The more you order, the lower the per-patch price.
