Why Scout Leaders Choose Custom Patch Smith
Scout patches are more than decorations on a uniform — they can recognize achievements, identify troops, commemorate memorable campouts, and celebrate special moments throughout a scout’s journey. A thoughtfully designed patch can become a lasting keepsake that scouts and their families treasure for years. That’s why we focus on clear artwork, vibrant colors, precise stitching, and quality materials to create patches that look great and represent each accomplishment with pride.
At Custom Patch Smith, we work with scout leaders, troop organizers, council teams, camp directors, and scouting organizations across the USA. Our embroidered patches provide the classic traditional appearance, while woven patches are an excellent choice for smaller designs, detailed artwork, and merit-style badges. For colorful camporee designs, event artwork, and detailed illustrations, printed patches offer excellent flexibility. We also produce PVC and chenille patches for scouts looking for a different style or finish.
Whether you need a small batch for a local troop or thousands of patches for a council-wide event, we provide the same attention to detail and consistent craftsmanship. Every custom scout patch can be reviewed with a free digital mockup before production, helping you make sure your design is exactly what you want.
From first campouts and activities to special achievements and milestone events, Custom Patch Smith helps scouts celebrate every memorable moment. We create troop patches, council patches, camp patches, fun patches, activity patches, event patches, and custom merit-style badges in a variety of patch styles and backing options.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most frequent questions answers
